Blueberry and banana smoothie

Simple to make breakfast smoothie made with fresh or frozen blueberries blended with bananas and semi-skimmed milk

Preparation Time 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Method

  • 75g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 400ml semi-skimmed milk
  • half teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  1. Place the blueberries into a blender and add the bananas
  2. Add the milk and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and blended, then pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately
