    Navigate cravings, reshape eating routines, and form positive habits that support you throughout pregnancy.
  • Stay active & hydrated
    Discover safe pregnancy‑friendly exercise and why hydration is vital for energy, comfort, and wellbeing.
  • Know how much to eat
    Understand healthy pregnancy weight gain, appetite changes, and ways to manage common symptoms like heartburn, nausea, and constipation.
  • Plan ahead
    Learn simple strategies for meal‑planning, prepping quick snacks, and staying organised during pregnancy and postpartum

The programme is for:

  • Essex residents (excluding Thurrock and Southend)
  • BMI of 30 +
  • No current or prehistoric diagnosis of an Eating Disorder
